Web of Science - missing journal articles

To confirm if an article is indexed in Web of Science, please refer to the following guidelines: https://indexing.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/150000189590  

Please note that Springer Nature delivers all articles from indexed journals to Web of Science upon publication. Once the content has been delivered, it is the responsibility of Web of Science to process and index the article.

If the article does not appear in Web of Science after 6 weeks, please email indexing@springernature.com.  Once the article has been confirmed missing, we will notify Web of Science, and we will continue to follow up with them on a regular basis until it is indexed.  Please allow Web of Science an additional 4-6 weeks to resolve any missing content concerns.
