Google Scholar - Missing Citations

Google Scholar’s citation counts are generated entirely through automated processes, and the service does not make manual corrections to missing citations. Google Scholar recommends verifying that the reference in the citing article is properly structured and correctly formatted.

• If the citing article is published by Springer Nature, please forward the matter to the appropriate production contact so they can confirm the accuracy of the reference.
• If the citing article is published by a different publisher, the customer should be advised to raise the issue directly with that publisher, who will need to confirm that the reference is correctly recorded.

Please note that until the reference is confirmed and correctly formatted in the published article, Google Scholar may not be able to index the citation.
