Reference Works in Google Scholar

Google Scholar has informed us that they do not intend to index reference works, since the scope of Google Scholar is focused on scholarly research articles.  Please also note: because the indexing process is entirely automated, we have observed that some reference works are unintentionally indexed in Google Scholar.  However, the Google Scholar team will not fulfill requests to index reference works that are missing in Google Scholar.
